Jobing Description
Full-time (40 hours/week) Administrative Assistant opportunity available in the HR Operations Department.
The Administrative Assistant provides all required services to facilitate smooth operation of the HR Operations Office. Performs complex and detailed executive support for the Vice President of Human Resources. Handles information of highly sensitive and confidential nature.
Required Experience:
-Professional administrative support and 5 years executive experience preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint , Visio with desktop publishing a plus.
-Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
-Able to coordinate, plan, and organize projects and events.
-Able to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and managing multiple projects.
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
-Advanced degree of independent judgment and interpersonal skills.
-Able to deal with very sensitive issues in a tactful, positive and confidential manner.
-Able to work independently with little supervision.
-Able to multi-task and prioritize daily calendars and activity.
Required Education:
-Bachelors Degree Preffered.
