Demonstrated and participated in full PeopleSoft project life cycle from preliminary system design through post-implementation production support.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
Demonstrate excellent comprehension of PeopleSoft module to meet business requirements.
Demonstrate excellent ability to communicate to all level of management in written and verbal form
Experience upgrading PeopleSoft application software
Experience upgrading PeopleTools software
Experience troubleshooting application problems including performance issues across multiple environments and operating platforms
Knowledge of PeopleSoft data model, PeopleTools Metadata structure, and interface to PeopleSoft application and table structures

Assignment Details
Qualified candidate will work on Hourly Payroll to PeopleSoft payroll project, PeopleSoft HR upgrade, a feasibility study to combine Payroll and HR instances. Also, support Client PeopleSoft Platform Payroll and HRMS/ePerformance applications.
The selected candidate will possess experience with PeopleSoft software installations/upgrades, as well as Payroll functional knowledge and strong project management and PeopleSoft Admin skills. Experience with UNIX, Computer Associate's Autosys and Quest's STAT software are a plus.
Duties of the assignment include, but are not limited to:
-Support environments for the Hourly Payroll to PeopleSoft Payroll project.
-Conduct a fit/gap analysis between 8.9 and 9.x, (install the software, run compare reports & assess the overall effort), a feasibility study to combine two separate applications, HR and Payroll.
-Work with Client personnel and coordinate efforts to install the new software, test the business functionality, coordinate modifications to maintain that functionality and develop/execute the transition plan to the new software.
Bachelor's degree in a related area and ten plus years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
