for our U-Verse Leadership Development Program -

U-Verse Dispatch Manager
 
Requirements:
                Graduating  with a BS/BA in Engineering, Technical or Business degree Spring 2012
                GPA of 3.0 and above
                Leadership experience (through internships, associations, clubs, etc.)
                Ability to drive for results and track measures of success
                Must possess strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills
                Proficiency with current PC applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.
 
 
In this two phase leadership development program, you will receive in-depth technical training followed by a Supervisory/Leadership role.
 
Phase 1:
This is a Manager Trainee role for the U-verse Customer Services Call Center organization. The trainee will be required to successfully complete U-verse Dispatcher training and demonstrate learned skills. Participants will perform demonstrative exercises with experienced dispatchers and be provided with hands on technical training. At the completion of the training, they will be required to independently perform the Dispatcher job duties for 30 days.
 
        Supervisory: No
 
Upon successful completion of the Manager Trainee development plan and demonstrated performance, the Trainee will progress to the Supervisory responsibilities described below:
 
 Phase 2:
 
Your position will serve as a Manager of AT&T's U-Verse Dispatch Call Center organization.  In this 1st level supervisory position, you will coach, lead and develop a group of Call Center Dispatchers in achieving performance and quality objectives associated with AT&T's U-Verse Customer Service Center organization.  As a member of this team, you will supervise 12 -15 subordinates who will engage in handling customer calls regarding U-Verse Provisioning, Installation and Repair.  Includes the identification analysis correction and implementation of processes need to provide quality customer service. 
 
        Supervisory: YES
 
This position offers a starting salary of $52,000 with a potential 5% to 10% annual target bonus.
