Position Description:
This position represents Gerber Life through inbound and outbound call processing in a Bilingual Contact Center. Calls will involve selling new insurance applications and policies by telephone to prospects and existing customers. Demonstrate proficiency of selling skills is paramount. This selling process must be based on building customer relationships through rapport-building, listening skills, engaging the customer and building trust. Additional related project and program work will be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience:
*High school diploma or equivalent
*2 years sales experience
*Must pass state insurance agent licensing within 30 days of hire
*Results driven track record of over-achieving sales targets
*Strong and accurate business English, verbal and written communication skills (grammar and spelling)
*Excellent listening skills
*Strong sales acumen and ability
*Strong PC data entry and word processing software skills
*Ability to multitask efficiently
*Ability to work a flexible schedule - including evenings and Saturdays
*Experience and knowledge of sales tools preferred
*Contact center experience and knowledge considered a plus
*Strong Bilingual competency required (English and Spanish)
*Insurance industry experience and knowledge considered a strong advantage
