Job Description:

Global and regional sourcing of soft trim commodities on future programs. Ongoing development and implementation of selected soft trim GCBPs. Development and implementation of global supplier gap closure strategies and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, proactive self-starter with positive attitude. Will be joining a lean, high-energy team with a focus on objectives and results. Strong teamwork and drive for results which is especially important for sourcing future programs and global coordination work. Strong written and oral communication skills for reporting to upper management and dealing with both internal and external customers.

Previous purchasing experience, preferably in soft trim components.

Undergraduate degree in business or engineering with a business focus.
