Position Title: Campaign Director- Team In Training
Michigan Chapter
Madison Heights, MI

The Campaign Director will be responsible for achieving fundraising goals by developing a comprehensive plan of operation for the Team In Training campaigns in the chapter's chartered area. This will include strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting and financial oversight, recruitment and the development of marketing and sponsorship plans for each event. Additionally, s/he will be responsible for the oversight of all programmatic elements, inclusive of events, volunteer management and logistics. Supervising and training of campaign and support staff in the delivery of the event are also responsibilities. Weekend and evening hours, along with some travel, will be involved.

Requirements

The highly organized individual we seek should possess demonstrated staff management capabilities, along with related special event and volunteer management experience. Experience managing budgets, as well as solid marketing, public speaking and presentation skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is essential. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc. are required. Fundraising and donor development experience required. Ability to travel both locally and nationally, as well as work nights/weekends is necessary. Minimum education is a Bachelor's Degree.
