Alzheimer’s and Memory Care Program Caregiver. The position features providing companionship, transportation, and personal care services to residents of a Memory care facility in Sterling Heights. The facility is partnering with us to provide “warm transitions” to and from their facility to help their residents take part in social activities, errands, appointments, doctor visits and consultations, while out of the building.

This is an extremely important initiative. To be considered for this position, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Current automobile insurance

• Able to provide reliable transportation with your vehicle

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test

• Successful completion of the 23 hours of Synergy HomeCare Alzheimer’s training

• Successful completion of the Facility's Dementia Training Workshop
