Responsibilities:

Interim: To review and learn the requirements of the AAA fiscal department to plan for the assumption of the role of AAA Chief Financial Officer following retirement of the current CFO on 9/28/12, including analysis of the division of responsibilities of fiscal staff for future work. As it is intended that the AAA will also be contracted to perform budget and reporting functions for PACE of Southwest Michigan, the position will involve planning the development and operation of PACE s fiscal department.

Long-term: To direct, implement and oversee financial activities of the organization to insure fiscal integrity. This position is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of financial planning, operational policies and procedures and budget analysis. In conjunction with the CEO and management team will provide leadership and coordination of the human resource, insurance procurement, building & property management, and all financial matters including capital asset management, accounting, budget preparation, audit oversight and daily management of the fiscal department.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field with experience in administration of fiscal operations; fund accounting or governmental reporting experience desirable; knowledge of electronic business applications required [solomon or SL7 software preferred]; strong organizational and analytical skills required with solid written and oral capabilities.
