Pay & Benefits

Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for:

• Earn up to $52,000 per year*
• Tuition reimbursement available for recent truck driving school graduates
• If you are a U.S. military veteran, Guard member or Reservist, and new to the trucking industry, you are may be eligible to earn a monthly educational benefit check from the VA in addition to your Schneider pay check - up to $1,069 each month - through Schneider's Military Apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
• Live in Eastern Wisconsin or Upper Michigan
• Hazmat endorsement and passport preferred

Training - Classroom training introduces drivers to our mobile communications system, a trip planning refresher and most importantly, a review of safety. We also have truck driving simulators, allowing drivers to safely practice maneuvering through potentially hazardous situations without risk. Additional training resources are available to help our driver's continuously improve their driving skills.
