The responsibilities of the Health and Fitness Specialist Sub are to cover for full-time staff on PTO in the daily operations of the fitness center including: cover staffed fitness center hours, perform facility orientations, fitness evaluations and exercise prescriptions for fitness center members, instruct group exercise classes, and to perform special duties specified by the Site Manager including special event assistance.

* Support the daily administrative and maintenance operations of a fitness center
* Assess members' fitness levels, design personalized training programs, and monitor members' progress
* Perform facility orientations and answer members' questions
* Assist with special facility events and other activities

Qualifications

Generally requires less than one year of related experience.
