Looking to make a difference? The New Teacher Project has established high-quality programs across the country to recruit and train talented new teachers for public schools.

TNTP's alternate routes to certification are highly selective programs designed to recruit and train high-achieving individuals who do not have education backgrounds to become teachers dedicated to raising the achievement for the students that need them the most. These "Teaching Fellows" programs currently operate in more than 17 locations nationwide.

For more information about a specific program, including application instructions and upcoming deadlines, click on one of the links below to visit the program's website.

The New Teacher Projects' Fellows Programs are currently accepting applications for candidates to teach Bilingual Spanish, Early Childhood, Elementary, English, Foreign Languages, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Special Education. As TNTP works directly with school districts to meet specific needs, subjects may vary by location.

Each program runs independently from one another and you must apply directly to each program. It is strongly encouraged that you only apply to the program you are most interested in pursuing.
