Cayman Chemical is seeking a Human Resources Director. Responsibilities include oversight of the Human Resources function, including recruitment and hiring, benefits and compensation, workers compensation, policies and procedures, employee relations, training, performance management, and management development. The HR Director provides support and direction for our international locations. This position is a member of the senior management team, and participates in setting the strategic direction of the company. Qualified candidates will have a Master s Degree in human resources management or a related field, with 3 years of HR management, or a Bachelor s Degree with commensurate experience. A solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to provide counseling support to managers is essential.
