Do you enjoy working within the field to build partnerships with District/Store Management, local universities, chamber of commerce and other organizations to recruit talent?

Are you able to prioritize and remain organized in a face paced environment that requires multi-tasking?

Would you like to coach, train and develop District/Store Management on interviewing techniques for finding and hiring talented individuals?

Qualifications:

* Understanding and experience working within the retail environment
* Ability to collaborate with others on recruiting techniques and be creative with recruiting techniques
* Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen intently
* Demonstrates ability to make professional, reasonable, sound judgment in ambiguous situations
* Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and presentation ability

Requirements:

* Bachelor s Degree
* 3+ years experience in Human Resources
* 2-3 years of exempt recruiting experience
* Experience working and supporting multi-unit field retail
* Ability to travel 75% of the time Must have current driver s license and acceptable driving history
