Position Title: Practice Manager- Orthopedics

Department: Orthopedics
Position Description: Ensures smooth daily operations, effectively manages the administrative functions of
our busy orthopedic clinic. Develops and executes strategies for
continued growth and development. A key element of this position will
be maximizing practice revenue, requiring knowledge of insurance and
the billing process.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Administration,
Business Administration, Nursing, or equivalent is required
Experience: Successful candidates will possess
a minimum of 3-5 years experience in medical practice
management, orthopedic practice experience is strongly
preferred
Special Skills: Also required are proven leadership skills and
the ability to develop strong relationships with area physicians.
A key element of this position will be ensuring the effective
utilization of practice resources, requiring knowledge of insurance
and the billing process.
