Developing/maintaining global processes D&R engineering of forward model air induction systems from pre-PS through PTCC to meet requirements for durability, NVH, flow losses, rise over ambient, snow ingestion, water ingestion, assembly feasibility, packaging, and cost New air induction technology development and materials selection / standardization Air induction benchmarking activities Global air induction quality tracking/reporting/analysis Develop/maintain core foundation documents Develop/maintain design standards and design rules and design specifications Tracking and implementation of material cost reduction actions

Six Sigma Black Belt Plastics molding experience (injection and blow molding) Required: 2 years Product Design experience
