Position Title: RN (Relief) - Home Care

Department: Home Healthcare
Position Description: Allegan General Hospital has an immediate opening for a Relief/PRN RN in our Home Healthcare department. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Two (2) years previous experience in Med/Surg nursing required - previous HomeCare experience preferred; BLS required. Desired candidate must be able to exercise proficient critical thinking skills and possess effective collaborative interpersonal and communication skills. Computer competency in Laptop & Windows is required. Excellent customer-focused service and the desire to participate in organizational effectiveness is necessary. Candidate must possess reliable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions. Candidate must be able to function autonomously.
