Role Summary
Responsible for case-specific sales support processes. Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with client groups in resolving daily service issues.
Responsibilities
The Sales Administration Sr. Associate will support the regional team for Group insurance. He/she will be responsible for supporting sales reps in the local Detroit, MI office by partnering with underwriting to obtain rate quotes and then entering rate quotes in to the system and will work within the client groups to resolve first line service issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.

Experience working in insurance in a pre-sales role is strongly preferred.

Candidate must have strong computer skills (Microsoft office) and analytical skills.

Candidate must be able to multi task effectively and manage conflicting priorities
