The Application Technical Architect (ATA) is the technical expert responsible for the technical direction, issues, architecture, technical integration and technical service levels for a group of technologies. The ATA defines technical requirements & design to support defined business requirements, develops technical architecture components, participates in detailed design and code reviews, reviews system performance and consumption issues, reviews test plans, and provides technical guidance, developer training, and support to others, as well as implementation responsibilities. The ATA defines and ensures adherence to architecture standards and ensures the proper technical design decisions are being made.

The job may require interfacing with other Application Technical Architects, Application Architects, and Delivery and account leadership to define and validate requirements, contribute to business case development, coordinate project schedules, budgets, request management and work authorization.

Key responsibilities include:

SAP PI consultant will be responsible for :
Providing integration architect guidance to functional team to build functional designs, preparing the PI technical design and architectural approach documents based on Functional Specifications and contributed in Process Improvement involving Code Development, Design to meet required SLA's with regard to SAP PI..
Implementation and configuration of various adapters such as IDOC , SOAP ,JDBC, FILE /FTP and RFC and JMS on PI. Implementation of WebServices integration with PeopleSoft HR and SAP PI.
Must have the ability and willingness to troubleshoot SAP ECC issues as necessary

Qualifications

Basis Qualifications:

* 5 years of complex SAP PI Development experience related to global multi language implementations

Preferred Skills/experience:

* Good SAP ECC ABAP Skills

The candidate must have the following professional qualities:

* Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
