People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

Job Description
The Security team is involved in project/support activities for the client Project and Support Center. As a Technical Security Specialist, the resource is responsible for completion of project deliverables along with providing on-call support (as part of the support rotation schedule) of capability aligned to the team.

Key responsibilities include:
Develop functional & technical expertise for the work process, applications & products supported by the team. Key capability areas include: DRM, IAG/UAG, PKI, IDM/Tivoli.
Perform functional & environment design and configuration (incl. work process & tool evaluations).
Perform adaptive & preventative maintenance planning & implementation.
Resolve support issues based on service level agreements.
Gain experience in the development and build of security designs to support enablement of various technologies.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a focus or training in security

Preferred Skills:

1 year of Microsoft security products (e.g. DRM, IAG/UAG, PKI).
1 year experience with collaboration tools like LiveMeeting
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
