Job Description :

* Do you like the challenge of working in a fast paced call center environment?
* Do you have Human Resource experience in Payroll Benefits and HRIS?
The Shared Services Call Center Representative is responsible for providing customer service and assistance to in our internal business units and employees. This position will require extensive teamwork working in a shared HRIS/Benefit/Payroll department. Duties will include answering incoming first level phone and email inquiries from the field and support central employees. Responsible for gathering data in PeopleSoft and researching Benefits/Payroll/HRIS matters through multiple research sources to provide resolution.

Responsibilities:
* Responds to incoming first level HRIS, Payroll and Benefits phone and email inquiries.
* Escalate second level issues to the appropriate representatives.
* Track employee inquiries/issues using a web based helpdesk software system.
* Analyzes and resolves employee concerns using established procedures.

Job Requirements :

* High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred.
* Must have at least 1 year experience in a Business/Human Resources environment.
* Experience working in a call center environment highly preferred.
* Proven experience providing excellent customer service and in a confidential manner.
* Ability to provide support to the HRIS, Payroll and Benefit Representatives.
* Strong written and oral communication skills with abilty to handle conflict and employee complaints.
* Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions and changing priorities.
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft.
* Ability to use a web based helpdesk issue tracking software system.
* Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills.
* Must be highly motivated, with a positive "Can-do" attitude.

Education : High School or equivalent

Career Level : Experienced (Non-Manager)
