Job: Warehouse Supervisor

Jobing Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, costs, morale and environmental. Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities will also be expected.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 18+ months of supervisory experience

Experience in a unionized environment

*
Microsoft Office experience

*
Excellent team building and facilitation skills

*
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written

*
Proven problem solving skills

*
Must be willing to work any shift and meet all immigration requirements
