Job Description:

Web Designer/Developer: Responsible for the creative and final execution of graphic design and coding of user interface -- create elements of application user interfaces, as well as to develop presentation layer for web applications from wireframes. Designs must be functionally appropriate per the customer's requests. Developers may create new elements and/or re-design existing elements, including interface, layout, etc. per customer requirements. Developers work with team members to ensure that the programming aspects are consistent. Developers must be able to work with other team members: designers, project managers, customers, programmers, and Subject Matter Experts throughout the life cycle of the project.

Qualifications:

4+ Years overall IT experience that will specifically include: 3+ years with Web Graphics design. 3+ years experience working with HTML and CSS skills. 3+ years experience with Adobe Tools (especially Photoshop + Dreamweaver). *Candidates will be required to prepare and bring a portfolio (or list of URLs) to interview. *Demonstrated knowledge of how to apply graphical concepts to a layout in a web environment. *Required Skills include Adobe tool suite, AJAX, XHTML, CSS *Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills, and engaging presentation style. *Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, in a changing environment and managing multiple priorities. Experience with large scale enterprise level applications. *Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with application implementation teams, IT project teams, business customers, and end users. *Ability to deliver work within deadlines. Familiarity with working to a project plan. *Ability to work with a global team

*Flash Actionscript, Accessiblity, JSF, STRUTS, SharePoint Designer, and/or Usability experience *Proficient with Javascript.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems ,Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Communication Design required
