Position Duties:               

Ensure preparation for production and exercise control over the provision of component parts, materials and tools for production needs and timely execution of all the required technical documentation using computer technology and means of communication. Develop monthly production plans and schedules per new manufacturing processes in support of new product launch activities. Develop and implement standards for operational production planning. Analyze the operations of workshops and work areas, search for opportunities to reduce the production cycle and work (service) performance cycle, identify production reserves, develop suggestions regarding the usage thereof. Secure compliance of the production process by providing reports and advice directly to management per the control and quality plan. Facilitate review and analysis for improvement of comprehensive automation of the production processed in order to increase of the technical production level, work productivity, reduction of prime costs, improvement of product quality, and provision of a favorable working environment and labor safety. Give briefings, prepare manuals and assist employees in the assimilation of new automation facility structures, organize activities for the improvement of the personnel's technical knowledge. Exercise control over the proper operation of machinery, mechanisms and other equipment that is being rebuilt and updated, observance of technological production processes. Development equipment operation and repair manuals and other technical documentation to comply with CKNA and customer quality requirements. Draft streamlining proposals and inventions, studying and propagation of best practices and sustainable working methods.

Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering plus three (3) years of experience as an Engineer. The three (3) years of experience must include experience working in manufacturing and production of automotive components; developing production plans and schedules for manufacturing processes; overseeing integrated management systems; performing statistical analysis for engineering practices; commissioning equipment for HVAC production; creating and implementing problem-cause countermeasure strategies and evaluation of defects for the manufacturing process; and developing and implementing standards for operational production planning.
