Project Management Specialist sought by Schaeffler Group USA Inc. in Troy, MI to actively manage Engine Systems projects as identified in New Projs Meeting. Reqs: Bach deg or foreign equiv in Mech'l Engg or rel +2 yrs exp in job offered or rel. 2 yrs exp must incl Auto Product Dvlpmt Processes from dsgn phase to production; managing auto mech'l, electro mech'l components for ball screw mechanism prod; dvlpg proj resource cost plan & timing; using Gantt chart, work breakdown structure, proj deliverables on MS proj/Planisware; collecting doc for gateways submission of auto process & submission to s/ware incl Teamcenter, SAP, & windchill; dvlping risk planning & action strategy w/proj team using FMEA & DFM tools; dvlpg communication plan b/w internal & external parties to dvlp proj plan; executing business case plan or RFQ per customer tech'l & customer reqmt & reviewing w/internal mgmt team; & dvlpg root cause analysis plan w/fish bone diagram, 5whys tools in team for risk mitigation strategies.
