Regional Sales Manager (Great Lakes)

Regional Sales Manager (Great Lakes) sought by Groundworks Operations LLC for the Grand Rapids location. Candidate must have 2 yrs of industry exp leading sales efforts for foundation repair, basement waterproofing & crawlspace repair services. Must incl: hiring, training, coaching & mentoring sales representatives in engineered solutions for waterproofing & repairs; establishing kpis & implmtg strategic plans to improve metrics; supvg, coord'g sales team activities for services; reviewing operational records & reports to project sales & determine profitability; leading field forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate & timely forecasts; identifying sales force deficiencies, fostering improvements through coaching, dvlpmt & training.
